Shay, we’re all deciding whether to work on Mary or not. Could be mandatory.
Pistols are the worst weakness I have. I’d rather see muscleups than pistols, but that’s why I work out at CFVB- to crush those my weaknesses into submission.
Go for Mary BS – I have to say that it’s my favorite “named” WOD. I love HSPU & my center of gravity is soo low Pistols are (dare I say) easy for me. But you can keep your MU they still scare me… HAve fun
