Working aaaaaaaaallllllllllllll day, Brian….paying for being on vacation as a self-employed person. My snatch sure could use some work though….hahahahahahaaa
135/145/155/165/175/95×3 Slowed it down at the end to work on technique. It’s been awhile since we’ve done full snatches…..
Stance became too wide & I lost depth with the heavier weight.
