    Went to CrossFit Oldtown in Alexandria today. Good crew of people there. The workout was…

    30 sledgehammer things
    60 squats
    400m run
    12 TTB
    24 SH
    48 squats
    400m run
    9 TTB
    18 SH
    36 squats
    400m run
    17:03 … it was a fun one, but I should have been faster :-/ I promise I’ll represent CFVB better tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜‰ I was however the 2nd fastest in a class of 12+. I don’t know if that says good things for me or bad things for them. JK ๐Ÿ™‚ Great gym, great trainers, good times ๐Ÿ™‚
