    24:31 as rxd… NOT a pr :p the heat is an element. That works against us to make us stronger. We persist through the summer and winter to PR in the spring and the fall. Just completed week 2 of skinning the zone. Previous PR 21:48 as rxโ€™d

    My left hamstring is really messed up!!! Hurts worse today than yesterday. I’m hoping Lisa’s magical hands can fix me tomorrow. No Angie for me. ๐Ÿ™

    Thanks to Rob W for the brief moments of suffering. Just that little bit of therapy helped tremendously.

    It’s been a while for angie. I’ll have to research my time, but I forsee Brian switching his pull up grip frequently.
