OK… sooooo starting at the beginning ( July 1st ) of the month, our hours are going to change, the new schedule will be :
Monday 6:30am, 9:00am, 3:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Wednesday 6:30am, 9:00am, 3:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Thursday 9:00am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Friday 6:30am, 9:00am, 3:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Sat 9:30am
I may be looking into adding a noon class on Tuesday and Thursday along with a Sunday class in the future also.. anyone interested in that? any time suggestions

My Cindy and I were just talking about a noon class. I think those would work, too.
Noon would be awesome!
I was thinking Tues and Thurs would work best for a noon class! Sunday is not a concern for me.
My friends, I am sad to be the bearer of bad news. Some of you might remember a guy, SGT John Connolly. He used to work out at CFVB and was an instructor at my command. John passed away on Friday, 26 June. This caught a lot of people off guard. He was one of those guys that always had to ask if you needed some thing. He would volunteer for anything. If it was a duty on a weekend, he would take it. Anytime I saw him he would ALWAYS have a huge smile on his face, and ask how things were going. He will be missed.
There is a memorial service on base at Dam Neck, Thursday, July 2 at 0900. Since some of you who knew him, and might want to go. I’d be willing to meet at the gym and drive on base.

205 pr by 10, then a bunch of practice lifts cause I felt sick. Holding the bar on my back would give me a headache, and that’s not right. Tomorrow I will have to face the terrible 5pm/6pm dilemma, it is sure to be a harrowing ordeal.
