Tabata all this stuff
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds
of rest where the first 8 intervals are Wall Balls 20 lb, the second 8 are
Ring Pushups, the third 8 intervals are Slam Balls 20 lb, and finally, the last 8
intervals is Row (calories). There is no rest between exercises.
