My cleans just aren’t too clean yet, so I’m staying light. My jerk isn’t so bad…..comes with practice (he he!!).

Andrew just finished squatting and cleaning and lifting about 800 pounds of salt water fish tank paraphernalia out of our tiny little house for the past 4 hours. He’s left quite a mess for me to “clean” up. He is pooped. No WOD for us tonight.
Made the clean on the last one but donkey kicked myself out of the jerk. Hee haw!! Keeps your feet on the floor folks…

jerk form was terrible on the 165, so I don’t know how legit it is. Either way, PR by default (155/165).
