I was pooped at the WOD this morning, but then owe the rest of my productive day to Crossfit. My brother and I are building a little patio in my backyard and I had absolutely no trouble front squatting/cleaning the 15 50# bags of sand and carrying them through the yard for him, then the 25 paver stones weighing probably 20# each…then I went to Home Depot alone after teaching and front squatted/cleaned more 50 # bags of sand onto the cart whilest a few men gathered at the end of the aisle to gawk (why they didn’t offer to help, i dunno….) The absolute best was when I squatted down to pick up the 94# bag of concrete and put it on the cart. That made them all walk over and then on by and say, “Dang…guuurrlll….” I just smiled. Crossfit rulz.
