		<description>Having a 6pm would certainly make life easier for leaving work. I often have fire drill meetings that run past 5, then I&#039;m screwed and unnecessarily stressing and speeding. My heart murmur would appreciate 6pm. Other than that, do your thang.</description>

		<description>19:??  Two ab-mats...all rope climbs except for the second one in the third round (just couldn&#039;t grab the rope).  

As for the class time ...like others at the 5:30 class, I must leave work at 5:00 and not a minute later to make it... 6pm or 7pm would work for me.</description>

I LOVE climbing with my 5 fingers--they stick like little frog feet :) Shay, I wear socks--you can either do toe ones or cut the toes off, and no rope burn on the foot or leg...but you look like you are going to a pep rally as my hubby informed me ;)</description>

Work has been hectic lately and I haven&#039;t been able to break away for the 2pm and the 5:30 is too late to pick up kids, so I&#039;ve been doing my workouts at Oceana between 3 &amp; 5 (can&#039;t say CrossFit there).</description>
