Oy the Gospel! Love it. That shite is going on my FB 5 minutes ago. You have no idea how many of my friends pick on my for ordering special items or bringing lunch. They think they know…. but they have no idea.
Might try handstand pushups on the bands today. Here’s hoping I don’t crack my head.

I told my husband the welts on my legs were done by a dominatrix named Thomi – he goes, “If you really saw a dominatrix you’d call her MISTRESS Thomi – FAIL… who gave you those welts??” HAHAH
I’ll be there at 5:30 and you can tie me upside down in yer rubber bands. I still wish the 6:45 class was a liiiiitle earlier so I could come before work but I need the 5:30′s energy!!

My two cents: A noon or noon 30 class would be great. M-F too. Or at least 4 days a week. Seems like the 7pm class has kinda already morphed into a 6:15-630pm class depending on the workout. I could see it moving to 6:30p. But I also like that it’s kinda floating, especially on heavy days.
If I was to pick one thing to add/change, it would be the lunchtime workout.

A 6,7 scenario makes some sense to me since 5:30 is just early enough that I’m cutting out of work just before five to make it. On the other hand I’ll bet we have some folks who end their work days at 4:30. If you changed to 5,6,7 tomorrow I would be there for the 6 or the 7.
Mornings and lunch time have little impact on me- I need an after WOD shower this time of year.
Nights: 5:30pm works great for me, but I’m with Andrew I leave office just before 5pm to make it & traffic is nasty that time of the day.
5pm – I couldn’t make, 6pm would work fine & 7pm would be just a back-up for me.

as an ORIGINAL 2pm’r I’m voting to keep the 2pm on MWF or have another workout during the middle of the day because for those of us in “the business” we don’t have normal schedules and I love knowing that during the summer it’s only the badasses (aka the dumbasses) that come to work out during the hottest part of the day! jk But for real though, a midday class would continue to rock

I’m with Court, although a 3:00 everyday would work better. It’s hard to justify leaving work at 1:30 to attend the 2pm, even though nobody ever gets in my way when I’m walking out the door.
The later classes don’t work for me, I have to get the girls from school/child care by 6pm.
Work has been hectic lately and I haven’t been able to break away for the 2pm and the 5:30 is too late to pick up kids, so I’ve been doing my workouts at Oceana between 3 & 5 (can’t say CrossFit there).

I LOVE climbing with my 5 fingers–they stick like little frog feet Shay, I wear socks–you can either do toe ones or cut the toes off, and no rope burn on the foot or leg…but you look like you are going to a pep rally as my hubby informed me

Having a 6pm would certainly make life easier for leaving work. I often have fire drill meetings that run past 5, then I’m screwed and unnecessarily stressing and speeding. My heart murmur would appreciate 6pm. Other than that, do your thang.
