Sorry I got pissy towards the end there. For me, there is a fine line between cheerleading and patronization. Luv ya Naps, but that’s where my head was. I appreciate the effort nonetheless to get my ass up in those rings. Ok, that sounded awful. People must read our blog and find us totally nuts.

How should I communicate to the trainers that I’m not just tired and weak (like I was on ring dips), but genuinely worried that I’m injuring myself?

This WOD is terrible, but my DOMS hasn’t set in yet from yesterday, so I guess I could give it a go.
