This past weekend in Charlotte was great. Learned alot, met some cool people and had some good workouts. Like Weezy said, it was nice and hot.
I feel proud to be a part of CFVB,we have excellant trainers that are always there to give us that extra push and coach us on our technique so we can have stronger, injury free workouts. CFVB rocks

Cindy and I also forgot to mention that all of the trainers at the cert could not get over how great our form was in all the movements. Cindy even got used as an example for the correct form in her group! When they asked who trained us, they weren’t surprised (yeah, Thomi!)

There is an expression, “We’re product of our environment”, well I’m re-phrasing this to say – “We’re a direct product of our Trainers”. Seems like common theme in all of the posts clearly is – You guys are awesome. Thank you, Thomi, Rob & Gerry for your Guidance, awesome Coaching & Patience CFVB Rules!

except I had to sub ring rows for pull-ups as my hands are still hamburger-like.
Ring rows should show up in regular WODS…they are hard and they suck…so why not do ‘em more!? (that’s crossfit logic)

Hey. Check out yesterday’s Daily Break in the Pilot. Big ol’ article on CrossFit. They highlight Compound, but Thomi is quoted. Yay Tigre! Unless you were already talking about this yesterday, in which case eff all of you. See you at 530.
Andrew they get moderated if you put in more than 2 links (that’s to block spammers who usually include a bunch of links). Thomi doesn’t check the queue. I’ll unblock your comment now and I’m gonna up it to let in anything up to 4 links.
And wait.. according to your link there, whole eggs are unfavorable protein? I swear somewhere I read them on the favorable list.
