Have a great time in Boston! Did you have a required/suggested reading list of books or material prior to the CF Nutrition Cert? I believe it would be helpful for me to get an idea of the basis for CF Nutrition and what you will teach us from the course, so that I(and CFVB’ers) can better implement those strategies for eating healthier and making smart choices about what is eaten. Thanks for going up there!

Wow – that was Arss kicker! I almost passed out round 4 on box jumps – Thomi had to remind me to jump up with both feet – pretty bad. I have never wanted to here “TIME” so bad. One good my rope climbs have improved yay!!! Great WOD though in some crazy/sick way I really enjoyed it
