pistols for the very first time on a box. planned on just negatives, but I was handling them ok with an orange k-bell. I guess I do have the ass for it Thomi. My rind dips were rx’d until round 5 when I just said F-it, I’m doing negatives. Oh well. I certainly feel like I was working hard, when I wasn’t on walkabout and Thomi was reeling me back in.

The overachiever in me came out and I did all ten rounds with strict chest to bar.
Uhm yeah, ten. I’m a dork. Not only can I not pay attention in for the WOD but I had another one of those frightening “how did I get here?” moments driving home. Good stuff.
