    Chris and I celebrate our second anniversary with Crossfit Virginia Beach today. CFVB affiliated on May 27, 2007 and we appeared a little more than a week later as Thomiโ€™s first clients. She didnโ€™t think we would make it past the second fundamental session ๐Ÿ˜‰ It has been a wonderful two years and I cannot thank Thomi, Gerry, and Rob enough for all of their guidance and support. I also want to thank our fellow gym members. WODs are much better as a shared experience and sometimes the camaraderie is the only thing that sees me through. From the garage to big box it has been a great experience. Thanks again!

    Who is running class tonight at 7pm? Can I do back therapy like squats? I wanna workout, but don’t wanna fuck myself up before the cert next weekend…..just checking….

    no matter who is running class, you should be able to scale any workout to whatever level your body is currently allowing at any given time ๐Ÿ™‚

    well, if you have been told you cannot scale a WOD, please bring it to my attention. If you were told you could not do a WOD from a different day, well that is a gym rule, esp if everyone else is lifting.. it requires concentration, but therapeutic lifting is A OK ๐Ÿ™‚
