With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.

I’m up for CTB.
It’s been a while since I did this one so it’ll be a fresh start.
I’ll give CTB a try, but I doubt towards the end I’ll be able to maintain.
It it a bad thing to go from CTB to jumpers to keep up for time?

Lisa says my shoulders are too tight. Go figure.
I’m attributing my success to position. I set up next to Pete and Gerry and I’m sure that helped.
