Did Sat WOD at the CrossFit Delray Beach! Promoted CFVB in FL, were told we’re (VB) are know as the “hard core”. Did the team WOD - 10 rounds each. Bear crawl, jumping knee burpees & wall balls.

so some were talking about getting an affiliate team together for the games. they just opened up more spots. but the catch is, we would compete thursday. and then the best 5 from thursday and friday would go on to compete sunday morning.
it’s $200 to register. the team must have a min of 4 people and a max of 6 with atleast 2 girls and 2 guys.
jas and i are interested, if people can afford it. we’d be looking to fly out monday or tuesday.

Nicholas, It has been a full year since we both started crossfit (we both did our fundamentals in May 08). In that year time I am sure you have seen a great improvement in your abilities, I know I have. Goal for the next year is to kick the shyness in the ass.
Thanks to the Trainers and Members of CFVB for helping us along the way. You guys are like a family (and if its anything like mine it is a dysfunctional family)

There WILL be yoga tomorrow for those of you that need your butts stretched. 10am
well since it is my job to argue everything that you say my large friend, here it goes
1) for decrease in testosterone…… do IT more often
2) dehydration…….drink more beer
3) vitamin deficiency…..take vitamins
hahaha i have been drinking like a fish for three days and i just put up a 985 total at harbour city crossfit!!!!! it can be done!!!! hahaha hope everyone is having a great weekend, see yall in a couple days!
