I ran 3 miles in my VFF this am. No cushioning forced me to keep a lighter step and more midfoot than heel strike. By mi. 2.6 I developed a pain from my big toe into my arch that disappeared when I transitioned from concrete sidewalk to grass. I should wear them more and take a break from running in them until I can develop more strength.
Yeah, Thomi is probably changing the wod to jumping pullups, jumping dips, box jumps nad anything else she can think of because of my FB comment last night.
Tried rope climbs since I haven’t tried em since I first started. Still not there yet… thanks for the help you guys. Ripped my finger open on the rope haha.

Made this up on the 14th.
135/185/205/225, stopped there…had to do it in a squat rack with no bumper plates. 225 went up easy.
Then did 3 rds 3×225 power cleans because the bar was taunting me.
