7 rounds in 15:23 135#, kip for knees to elbows. Was asked to stop DL’ing at the YMCA because I might break the weight or something. I swear I wasn’t dropping it. Had two people come up to me afterwards and say the guy takes his job too serious. Bummer.
I want to say thank you to everyone involved at CrossfitVB. I reached a bit of a milestone for myself this past week (lost 20lbs since I started at CFVB!) and each of you have played a major part along the way. You are all supportive, inspiring, interesting, good hearted people. We talk about CFVB being a cult, but its really a family. THANK YOU!
