So I ripped my hand doing pull-ups in my warm-up yesterday. It was those damn left-over blisters from Monday. Then messed around with the Bear Complex, maxing at 75#, was not so pleased. Nice job on the totals!!!! See you all next week

Thank you BS for placing me well outside the Bear category. There was a time when I was heading down that road, but ever since CF it’s “Muscle Twink” all the way! Wait, no.
I was seriously called that by one of the Gold’s “Body Pump” crew. I had to laugh at them, but was strangely flattered by the perception nonetheless.
PS – Ridiculous long line of wannabe trendy Great Neck corridor moms at Trader Joes today and a news crew. Seriously?
