She is traveling a lot and will be back next month she misses everyone and has not traded teams gymwise or sexual ( hey she said it) and has been working out .. but crapily .. she said that too
Painstorm makeup. That was the biggest ego check I’ve had in a while. 35# DBS, 30#DB complex, scaled to Handstands at the end. Boos all around.
Not my greatest performance ever. Time to get my head back in the game.

Rob, how did you do the PS complex (burp/clean/thrust) … Fern tried to explain it to me but i still don’t understand… seriously… did you do each exercise 20 times or burpee into-a-clean into-a-thruster??? I took it as do 20 bupr 20 cleans then 20 thrusters>>>

you’re an idiot zuk! so you go down to a pushup holding on to the dumbbells, do your pushup and jump into a squat with the dumbbells in hand jump and and shrug into a clean and finish over with the thruster over head and then repeat.
