I am making up the painstorm next weekend, when I am not sick….. You ppl settle down.. I have a done every painstorm.. Sometimes twice.. Who else can say that?

My legs were sore for 2 days from those 125 med ball cleans. I can’t imagine getting through this painstorm. I wouldn’t have been able to move to drive out of town. Hope everyone had a great Easter. I sure did! See you guys on Monday. I need to work off all this Easter candy! haha
