    22:01 rx’d, having to do 100 pull ups today after weighted pull ups yesterday was brutal think i only did 10 in my first set =/

    Facing Tommy on the pull ups motivated me to 25 consecutive – a first for me.

    25:05 w/ 27 jumping pull ups PR by a little over two minutes.

    Those pull ups yesterday took their toll and my shoulder decided 73 pull ups was enough. I had to switch to jumpers.

    First time not using my knees on the push ups though. I’ll take it as a PR.
