25:05 w/ 27 jumping pull ups PR by a little over two minutes.
Those pull ups yesterday took their toll and my shoulder decided 73 pull ups was enough. I had to switch to jumpers.
First time not using my knees on the push ups though. I’ll take it as a PR.

Lisa I’m with you. I thought I did pretty good until I figured out these studs went chest to bar. Oh well, PR anyhow.
