Sucks I didn’t catch up with you guys at the race! My chip time was 1:09:07. Pretty stoked for myself since I didn’t even train for it! How did the other runners do?

Amber killer time!!!!!!!!!!! you’d be lying saying you weren’t training. CROSSFIT is training!!!!!! You don’t have to just run to train for running.
TEAM CROSSFIT VB took 3rd place in the mixed team divison. There was only a 5 minute overall difference between first and third. Way to rock it!!!!
OMG Rita you did the WOD after the run? I thought about it for about 6 seconds but quickly regained my senses haha. You’re a beast!

Well, I was a little intimidated to check the comments, since I knew everyone would be making fun of me doing the WOD after the run. Guilty as charged – I’m officially crazy. Team CFVB Rocks! Amber you made it happen, congrats! Guys you’re great, thank you for making me a part of the team! All of your are amazing, its been my sincere pleasure to have discovered the “CF family!” Thank You all!

I hate to steal Rita’s thunder but she wasn’t running flat out. There was some confusion about just how long the race was and she paced herself for a longer distance….
yeah. 45 minutes without the hardest push. Yeah. Rita’s a monster.

The burpees were a killer on Saturday. My toe is raw from doing them with socks on. I will remember my good shoes next time. haha
