In case you weren’t at the 5:30 class yesterday, Thomi let slip that next week’s “theme” will be our favorite exercise, burpees. Burpees for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. How many blocks is a burpee?

look people, I enjoy pain just as much as the next guy or girl, but sounds to me like some of yall need to step up since you like burpees so much. Just let me know what day you start the burpee chanllenge? Who knows I may even join in.

I liked that one. Count not physically move any faster on the burpees, even with gravity it takes a long time to get to the ground.
