Good intentions with bad follow through on my part today. Looks like everyone did a great job tonight and I am sad I missed out, but life gets in the way. So I did housework for time…1 hour 47 minutes.

Woot. Those last few had some really lame form….need to get my hips down, as soon as I figure out what that feels like…My back will be sore tomorrow.
