    Mixed day for me today:
    ++got my bonus
    -horrible BS and DL day 275 & 365
    ++PR on SP at 207
    —got rear ended 5 minutes after I left.
    So I went home and had a cheeseburger. I’d call it an even day but I have to deal with the insurance company tonight, so overall I’d place today in the negative category.

    Ironically I REALLY was hoping this would show up today!
    I changed it just a little bit… Did 3 RM instead of 1RM
    Back Squat 260#-1x… full ROM though
    Shoulder Press 150#-1x
    Deadlift 300#-PR (really happy about this one!)

  9. Hey Guys.. You may notice that under the “tags” area.. a lot of the named WODS are there.. cool thing is, if you click on them it will list every time we did that WOD!! I am going back through and adding tags to all of them.. It may be a few days, but I will get them all done. This should make searching for PRs easy πŸ™‚ if they are listed, that means I have already archived them and they are ready to use πŸ™‚ enjoy!
