i figured it was 51# based on the 68% i just don’t remember putting the 1/2 # weights on last month?? so i wasn’t sure if we went with 50.. which wouldn’t make sense either now that i think of it, i didn’t put the 2.5 # on a 45# bar.
case solved… 55#.
now if the phone will just stop ringing…. anyone want to stand duty for me?!?!
