If you folks haven’t checked out the new CrossFit Radio interview with Tony Budding concerning the new Health metric introduced by Coach Glassman it’s definitely worth the time.
Dang it, my boss just sent me something at the last minute and I have to stay and get it done. I’d planned on coming today. Stupid work! See you guys Saturday I guess!
