    Thanks everyone for staying for the Adam Show. Next time I’m selling tickets. Physically I was capable but it seems to be mentally challenging for me to knock those out. Is that what qualifies me for wussiedom? Oh well. Good work everyone. Nice push.

    Did this workout with Scott at home yesterday. 50:42 @ 20 lbs…I think I would rather eat glass than do this work out again. 🙂
