Amber we did do hip ext ..it is a safer alternative when people are moving quickly to keep the lumbar spine in hard ext to protect it
Adam is King of the 2:30 class.. I think he had to go out of town or something .. yeaaaaaa
AND if Adam is king of the 2:30 then W3 is King of the 9:40.. that boy must like burpees.. Just a little FYI, He emailed me confimation of his ticket!! hahaha!
