Decided to get back in the game. Started relatively light and stayed focused on form since it has been forever since I’ve done deadlift.
Grip was failing, but form was shaky at the end so I was probably right where I needed to be.
I hope to even come in on some saturday soon and get it handed to me by absolutely everyone in the gym.

ended out at 185 ( -5 from previous PR.. still feel smoked from the 29 days of CrossFit lol )
after that I did max reps of deadlift @ bodyweight … I got 35 reps, that made me tired.. sleepy time now ,,, zzzzzzzzz
