did anyone see the journal video posted today about the level 2 cert air squat demo. There is a girl in there with a cfvb sweatshirt. don’t know who she is but cfvb representin’!

I have come to accept that JT will beat me down. I’m working on making it a fair fight but I still feel a bit bullied.
One thing crossed my mind though- is there a warm up piece to this? For instance, if we did everything shifted by one (push ups first) would the HSPUs do better since there was a different exercise before them? My HSPUs on Diane last week were way stronger.
