No squat rack at my gym so I did WOD for 8JAN, 65 Snatch/push-ups. 14 rounds.
275/285/295/305f/300f/300f/225. Matched my previous PR. Not bad though considering my legs were fried from monday.
i never know what’s going to happen haven’t been anywhere near my pr since last fall.
