12 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
This is the 12 Days of Christmas Barbell Style. You start off with the first repetition at Deadlift and then before moving on to the Hang Power Cleans you must repeat the Deadlift. Then before going to the Front Squat you must repeat the DL and the HPC etc.
ahhh the familiar relationship with CrossFit… Sure to be re fueled by this workout!!

I was wondering if you were going to put your crew through this one. Trish told me she did this one w/ you guys on Friday, I think. What a brutal workout, but I loved every minute of it. 56:56 as rx’d on everything except OHS and power snatches. worked on my form w/ a jr bar.

rested too much in rounds 10 and 11 thinking I had under 40 pretty easily..grrr..
i actually had a question about his bad-assery….do you put the bar down in between exercises? are you changing weights because reading through theoretically you could go from one right into the other but the weights would be off if you did.
