Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

My triceps have been damaged from Tuesday’s WOD…it is making my yoga workshop interesting.

geez!!! i sure do miss you guys… i was up in dc with no computer and absolute no time to get to a gym. which i think is good cause i think my body needed some time off. but i feel like a slob now. so i’m hoping i can make it in today. not sure if the car is going to make it. tranny is going, so i gotta get that looked at today. i was going nuts not being able to see what you all were up to. looks like you guys have been hitting it HARD.
