    Hey all! I just wanted to ask that everyone be thinking of & praying for the family of Miguel Flores. He was one of my CF trainers back in San Diego, now a trainer at CFSD. He was in a car accident last night & passed away this afternoon. Awesome guy, great trainer, & will be greatly missed. Thanks guys

    okay, I did the 400M walking lunges today because I am in a stupid hotel. I don’t know how long it took me because I left my watch in the room, but I did 400 to be safe on the distance. The nice gentleman at the front desk tried to feed me a warm cookie when I came in from outside….you would think if they are going to plump you up they would at last have dumbbells in their gym!
