    Awesome WOD, thanks Thomi and RobW for helping the technically challenged. Just happy I was able to maintain a good rack position on the deltoids rather than just holding the weight.

    I for one am ready to re-work the p-jerk. Could I request that Joey sweat all over my bar first though? I wouldn’t feel complete unless I was in physical contact with his perspiration during a workout. 🙂
