    25:13 where we supposed to do reg. sit ups or stick to the glute ham machine deal. I did the glute ham deal and I’m pretty sure it’s going to hurt to cough tomorrow

    37:20 30 red band/70 blue band and knee push-ups. Slower than last time but I went down in bands and I am sure the ‘holiday break’ didn’t help either!
