    32:30…I hate running and I hate running with an upset belly. I kept the chicken in for you Gerry. BTW, a 6-hour drive that turns into a 9.5-hour drive is not recommended after this workout!

    Apparently, I am not the only Lisa at CFVB anymore….? Had no idea….Andrew says this other Lisa scaled the WOD and got 24:49 and I got 27:12 as rx’d. Whoopsy

    22.34 rx’d. 23 sec off my PR. I can’t wait for my calves to start working again. Apparently plantarflexion helps when running. 🙂
