    Ended out at 72 pounds… 75 kinda sorta made it up but not really.. Previous PR was 65 so I will take it!! Yeti, hellz yea!

    shoulders are stiff and just not doin it… 5# less than June. i’ll work on it. started HSPU challenge yesterday. did my 2 with one abmat and a small kip.

    1000 meter row to get a little sweat on.

    Woke up with shoulder feeling better, still a little tight…
    55/60F/60F/55/60F/60F/57F Yeah, that was fun :-/ …Previous max 60#, couldn’t even hit that. It’s all good, next time.
    Since I am thus far incapable of HSPUs, I’m joining in the challenge doing just handstands! Gotta start somewhere, right? 3 today (1 for yesterday).
