Since I am thus far incapable of HSPUs, I’m joining in the challenge doing just handstands! Gotta start somewhere, right? 3 today (1 for yesterday).

shoulders are stiff and just not doin it… 5# less than June. i’ll work on it. started HSPU challenge yesterday. did my 2 with one abmat and a small kip.
100-105-110(old pr), followed by many failures (110-115ish?). good form hurts my shoulders.

Ended out at 72 pounds… 75 kinda sorta made it up but not really.. Previous PR was 65 so I will take it!! Yeti, hellz yea!
