    22:35 as rx’d PR by a couple a seconds. 28 burpees. Hell yea Andrew! you rock!!!
    If anyone’s interest a couple of us are meeting up at Catch 31 at the Hilton tonight around 9pm. Come on down bring your friend’s. We’ll try to take over a fire pit outside. It should be a gorgous night.

    Awesome article on one of my biggest obstacles: having tight hamstrings and it’s effect on opening the hip on push jerk, cleans, squats, etc – thanks for the instruction yesterday Thomi!
