First of all, the dynamic duo f’ing rocks! Second of all, my legs are a bit tender from yesterday….that was a smoker!

49 burpees (cuz I missed yesterday’s set) in my living room on my yoga mat and then 25 handstand push-ups. My dogs couldn’t believe their luck to have me jumping around on the floor.
I did Monday’s workout 10:48 42# and blue band….it is easier just to do it the day it is rx’d!
Needed the day off folks…. So I ran 5k and knocked out my burpees. We’re halfway there burpee challengers! Keep it up! I must say they are getting easier.
