Lisa and Andrew What a cute couples pic!! love it!
Curt got his first bodyweight OHS tonight which was an oustanding achivement! LOOOONG time coming lots of hard work there!
Some of our ladies got thier first ditch.. I just adore the look on a girls face the first time they drop a bar, just to start throwing them down 2 weeks later.
Tonights class was just great with lots of love and lots of “assitant coaches” in the groups! I love walking around and hearing you guys helping each other out such an awsome little family we have.
The PR’s tonight were just awsome and it was a few peoples first time under the bar.. and we know the first time is always a PR. You all are beasts! There were some just nasty crazy weight increase PRs
Tonight I did front squats instead of OHS since I did OHS two days ago
so with that being said
