Thanks everyone for the love and support with the loss of spriggs:) I really am blessed to have such wonderful people in my life!
    Yesterday’s WOD
4:50 the first time I did it and I think 5:07? When I did it again 2 minutes later RIP sprig sprig sprigglesworth you are loved and missed terribly

    SLightly different WOD:
    AMRAP in 20 minutes
    5 ring dips
    10 pullups
    15 wallballs.
A measly 4 rounds at (holy crap the air’s thin here) crossfit las vegas.
Yawning in the middle of the workout doesn’t always mean you’re sleepy.
