Skills day…practiced my ditches. Must…do…wall…squats.

155 matched previous PR. I definitely need to eliminate that donkey kick. The balls of my feet are sore. Ouch.
I’m not sure exactly what I was doing, but I did manage to get 75 lbs overhead without falling down.
