made up candy 30:27 as rx’d. and for the record, i was informed today that i mistakenly put down 17 rds for cindy when in reality i had only done 16. i just want to say, in my defense, that it sure f’ing felt like 17!! oh, and sorry for the bad info.

505. Managed to PR my deadlift (245) and back squat (175 -> +50lbs!) but the overhead press wasn’t working for me and I fell short at 85.
