I have done Mary the past few times this has come up to work on my pathetic HSPUs. I think I am going to back to Cindy for today and see how she treats me.

I think the push-ups will always be what breaks me. My strategy next time will be to push the pace even harder on the pull-ups and squats. Maybe that will get me a round or 2 more. Hmmmm, but it might hurt.

15 rounds. For a change pull ups and squats didn’t hurt so bad. The push ups were the round killer. My upper body was zapped from yesterday. My new personal goal is to achieve 20 rounds by October.

6+ pullups and pushups……it’ the catch 22 of going RX’d. Rounds go down and times go up! I don’t care if I had 3 rounds truth be told because I LOVE finally having pullups! The open wounds…..not so much.
