Pat: ended at 210. Failed at 215 on the jerk.

		<description>Did yesterdays workout in my garage with Anna!

no dumbbells to do situps with so I had to do crunches (legs off the ground, bring the knees and shoulders together to crunch above the waist).  Everything else as rx&#039;d.
Anna did her first crossfit workout tonight and did it in 19:44 with the same crunches as myself and 100 single jumpropes.  Great job on her part!
