Did yesterdays workout in my garage with Anna!
no dumbbells to do situps with so I had to do crunches (legs off the ground, bring the knees and shoulders together to crunch above the waist). Everything else as rx’d.
Anna did her first crossfit workout tonight and did it in 19:44 with the same crunches as myself and 100 single jumpropes. Great job on her part!

Ended out at 95# 10pounds less than my last set of 5 wow! I am mentaly scared by droping that weight on my head!
